The founding sisters brought together a diverse group of women who shared with them the goals of sisterhood, scholarship, and leadership which has created the foundation for the organization’s purpose.

The Gamma Eta chapter at the University of Kansas has dedicated itself to the four core values of Unity, Honesty, Integrity, and Leadership of all its members in their academic, professional, and personal lives.
